At Abaya Lab, we take your satisfaction very seriously. Our Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that you receive an excellent product and service.
  1. All abayas can only be altered/returned within 7 days of receiving them. This helps to ensure that the abaya is of the highest quality and fits you perfectly.
  2. If the abaya is exactly as per your request, the Abaya Lab will not be liable to issue a refund or redo the item. We guarantee the product you receive will be exactly as you ordered.
  3. 3. In the unlikely event that the abaya is not what you had requested, the Abaya Lab will be issuing a full refund or redo free of charge. We are more than happy to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the product and service you receive from us.
